1940 Cadillac Series 60 Special Fleetwood finished in Gray/Dark
Gray paint with red pinstripe separating the colors. There are some
spots where this car has had some touch up, see still photos. This
is powered by the 346 V8 with a 3-speed manual transmission. Chrome
and brightwork in great shape, gray paint and chrome accent each
other nicely. Dual side mount spares on this! Riding on red steel
wheels with Cadillac wheel covers and Firestone wide white walls.
Light blue cloth/vinyl combination bench seat interior with shifter
on the column. Headliner is in nice shape. Carpeting and fabric do
have some wear-through in spots. Rear seat featuring a foot rest
for the second row passengers. This will come with a set of rubber
floor mats and a radio antenna. Still running off of a 6-volt
system with the battery in the trunk with battery disconnect on the
terminal. Wipers work! Factory AM radio is still installed in the
dash and powered up but did not get any sound. Dash has been left
stock looking and is looking good. To start: turn the key to the
right, while in neutral pump the gas a couple times and push the
starter next to the ignition. Stock sounding pre-war Cadillac!
