1968 Mercedes 280S. This car is my baby and my dad and I worked on
it and paid thousands to have everything redone. Everything that we
could keep original is still original. The car's from CA, so no
corrosion and after moving to UT I had the car driven here on a
trailer. Technically, she's a 280S, W108.016, 2.8L M130 inline 6.
The engine, carbs, drivetrain, break system, steering system,
cooling system, everything has been overhauled. Of particular note,
we had the original, dual zenith carbs rebuilt and after we put
them on, we decided to just go with the new dual Weber
replacements. They are way more reliable. I also installed a hidden
bluetooth controller and amps powering a Kenwood speaker system. I
had to have music and bluetooth, but didn't want to change the
original look of the dash, so the original radio is still there.
