This 1965 Chevrolet C10 Custom loves to be a true cruiser. There
are nice custom touches inside and out to be a shining and fun
classic. Plus, beneath this skin is a peppy small block and the
added convenience of an overdrive transmission.

Not only do we like how this is a timelessly appealing color, but
also, the glossy presentation seems to bring extra attention to the
straightness of the body panels. Another great feature of the dark
hue is that it gives the contrasting brightwork and extra pop. And
you can tell they paid particular attention to the bumpers, grille,
and wheels to ensure a nice chrome glow. And we especially like the
side trim. It not only draws even more attention to the quality of
the body panels and this distinct white streak within them. A real
wood truck bed, clean glass, and Custom trim cab corners are all
part of the nice-guy vintage look that makes this such a cool
cruiser.
The black interior has clean flooring, a smooth dash, and an
updated bench seat. There's even an AM/FM/cassette stereo with aux
input. We like how this gives you both a vintage and updated driver
feeling. It comes from features like the Lokar-style floor shifter.
And the attractive '58-impala steering wheel is easier to enjoy
thanks to power steering.
Under the hood is a clean-looking small block with bold paint and
shining valve covers. But what excites us is that this 350
cubic-inch V8 was built right with a four-barrel carburetor,
upgraded intake, HEI distributor, and headers feeding a
sweet-sounding dual exhaust. We also say this truck is for true
drivers because of the way this one is equipped. The classic
trailing arm rear suspension makes for a nicer ride. The newer
aluminum radiator helps keep the complete package running cool. And
this one has even been upgraded to a four-speed automatic
transmission with overdrive to make highway journeys easy.
This is a terrific classic truck. You may choose to update details
like adding a power brake booster or a newer stereo, but from day
one, you already know this one rolls right out of our showroom and
is welcomed at just about any car/truck show you'd want to enjoy.
