Vehicle Description
From 1973 through 1993 Dodge built the Ramchager which was built on
a shortened version of the Dodge pickup or D series truck. Plymouth
also followed suit offering the Trail Duster which was only offered
until 1981 and was Plymouth's only SUV. It was produced as a
two-door, full-size 4x4 vehicle but a 2WD variant could be ordered.
These vehicles competed directly with the K5 Blazer and the
1978-1996 Ford Bronco. All three of these vehicles have become
quite popular as they were when they were known. The days of the
square body full-size, two-door utility vehicles are gone, and it's
too bad because they are so cool.
The Gr Auto Gallery is pleased to present this example of the 1986
Dodge Ramcharger 150 Royal SE for your consideration. This example
shows its black and gold exterior well despite some paint
imperfections. The tan interior also shows strong with just a
slight tear in the driver seat. This Ramcharger is equipt with a
360CI V8 paired with a 3-speed automatic transmission with a floor
shifter for the transfer case. The Dodge got a new battery last
year so it fires right up with a turn of the key. To keep you
rolling, the truck sits on 31' tires and has a full-size spare in
the hatch.
