Contrary to popular belief, the 4.3-liter V6 engine was a popular
choice in the Monte Carlo line during the 1980s, it provided decent
power and fuel economy. This engine was paired with an automatic
transmission. The car was not considered to be a high-performance
vehicle in this configuration, but it was known for providing a
smooth and comfortable ride. The 1987 Chevrolet Monte Carlo Luxury
Sport featured a sleek and aerodynamic body design, with a sporty
and luxurious interior. The car came with a variety of features
such as power windows and mirrors, air conditioning, a digital
clock, and a premium sound system. The car was also equipped with a
sport suspension package, which improved handling and ride quality.
This one seems to be very well maintained throughout the years and
complete, needing only a new garage to call home and a new owner to
take it on the occasional cruise. This car is definitely nice
enough to be one you could daily drive and or take to shows. As
always we encourage you to come see the car in person as well as
the 80 other vehicles in our inventory and check out our showroom
while you're at it. Financing is available and trades are welcome.
