Up for sale is a hard to find Short Bed Ford F100 Styleside, this one a 1967 model with the straight six and three on the tree manual transmission.
After rescuing the truck from the original owner's barn in Alabama where it had been out of service for who knows how long, the engine was rebuilt, transmission and brakes serviced and a new wire harness installed. A set of fresh Cooper tires were mounted. The truck now runs out great and is reliable, safe and fun to drive.
The frame is solid but there is some rust spots in the doors and rockers and a bit on an otherwise solid bed floor. New front and rear windshield seals were installed. All of the lights and heat work. Drive it anywhere.
I've been using it as a shop truck and just don't have the time or inclination to take on a cosmetic restoration. That said, I can't tell you how many times I've been told, "leave it just like its" and "its only original once".
This classic Ford truck is located in Rowlett, Texas and is offered as is-where is with a transferable Alabama registration slip.
