1980 Alfa Romeo Spider 2.0
A stylish and well-presented example of Alfa Romeo’s award winning Spider.
It is powered by a 2.0-litre naturally aspirated inline four, fed by a mechanically fuel-injected SPICA system. The engine drives the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission and a limited slip differential. Disk brakes on all wheels complete the package.
This vehicle has a clean New Mexico title, is in perfect mechanical condition and shows no chassis rust or corrosion. This Alfa Romeo has only ~71800 miles and sports the beautiful original white paint “Bianco Porcellana” with burgundy “Rosso Rubino” interior. This vehicle was shipper to Maine in November of 2022 and it is now for sale in Camden, Maine. The vehicle presents essentially no rust, having been sold and driven in New Mexico for 42 years.
The car has undergone a mechanical overhaul and is ready to perform any duties the new owner will put her through.

This Spider drives and rides like a dream. It is a beautiful vehicle to be shown around town, but it really comes alive on the back roads. The induction noise of the engine is inebriating, the exhaust cracks and pops under deceleration, and the chassis works in tandem with the glorious Alfa Romeo Twin cam to fulfill every input and desires of the driver. Match that with the perfectly placed shifter, the short gearing and the open top experience on your favorite canyon road.
It is a driver’s car if there is one.
