Vehicle Description
1969 CHEVROLET CAMARO SS ROTISSERIE RESTORED, 12-BOLT REAR, 4-SPEED
TRANS. This awesome Camaro was restored like new! The body is as
straight as an arrow down both sides. It has been repainted in its
original color, code 69 Cortez Silver. The paint has a very smooth
glossy finish. The SS hockey stick stripes were correctly applied.
All of the chrome, trim and emblems are either new or polished like
new. It sits on a set of 15x7 Chevy Rally wheels with a set of
Goodyear Polyglas tires for that original appearance. The engine
compartment is very nicely detailed like factory with a completely
rebuilt period-correct 350 ci motor, casting # 3970010. It is
dressed up with factory Winters aluminum intake manifold with
Holley carb, Chevrolet finned valve covers, correct cowl induction
air cleaner, spring style battery cables and correct GM hoses with
tower clamps. It also features power steering and power brakes.
Everything looks proper-fan shroud, horns and a neatly run wiring
harness. The cowl induction is hooked up and working! The
undercarriage is very clean metal. The entire front end looks like
it has been rebuilt including the suspension and steering. All new
bushings including body bushings. Looking up at the motor, it is
clean as well as the M21 Muncie 4-speed transmission. It sports its
correct 12-bolt posi rear end with 3:73 gears. It has all new brake
and fuel lines, new gas tank, straps and sending unit and like new
chambered exhaust system. The E-brake assembly is complete and
working. The undercarriage is painted nicely in a black satin
finish. The interior is new from the carpet to the headliner. The
seats have new cushions and upholstery. The dash is clean- it has
the optional tach and fuel gauge in the dash cluster. There is a
tilt steering column with a Sure Grip factory style steering wheel.
It has new door panels and armrest bases and all the interior
lights work. The trunk compartment is complete with a trunk mat,
spare tire, jack assembly and finished with a light coat of
splatter paint. This is a very desirable car and is very well
restored.
