A car like this 1966 Ford Mustang GT tribute gets us excited. It
was a build by the owner of a restoration shop. That means it was a
carefully done project that combines V8 power, vintage style, and
the right updates to an all-around impressive icon.
This was the personal project of a restoration shop owner. Let that
sentience sink in for a moment. When the boss has a passion project
personal car, you know the quality is going to be quite desirable.
In fact, we're told it was completed around 2015 and it has been
driven so sparingly that he's willing to let it go. The black paint
has an exceptional luster that lets the sunlight showcase the
well-fitting panels. Plus, the bumpers and trim have a clean,
complete, and bright style. In total, the overall less use gives
this quite an impressive style. Of course, this has the full
GT-style upgrade. This includes the fog light grille, GT badging,
and trumpeted dual exhaust mounted through the rear valance. And we
know you love the look of both the GT rocker stripe and double
redline tire boldly standing out from the black. It's all just part
of the added thought that goes into a build done for the boss.
The touch of red on the exterior is a preview of the full red
interior. It's bright, vibrant, and clean for a very inviting total
style. And of course, people love to see the premium "Pony" package
with running horses embossed in the seatbacks. Just like the
exterior, the interior impresses, right down to the little things,
like the full courtesy light package - including the one at the
back of the center console. There are also some well-integrated
upgrades for a better cruiser. There's a classic-style under-dash
air conditioning unit. It's running modern R134a refrigerant, but
it will need servicing. And the retro-style AM/FM digital tuner
looks like a classic radio but now offers modern Bluetooth.
Under the hood is a clean and tidy style that makes it easy to show
off the 289 cubic-inch V8. And everything from the bold blue block
paint to the classic Autolite battery topper makes this look
correctly vintage. It fires up nicely as the V8 inhales deeply with
a four-barrel carburetor, and it exhales with a sweet tune out of a
dual exhaust and Flow Monster mufflers. Add in a three-speed
automatic transmission, power steering, and upgraded front discs
with drilled & slotted rotors, and this GT tribute is a true
cruiser.
This is the distinct and sporty pony car that loves to show off how
it was built with extra care in mind. Call today!!!
