1923 Ford T-Bucket
Car History
T-Buckets always have and always will be the backbone of the
American Hot Rod Heritage.
Every person that sees one will usually understand that this type
of stripped down early 20's car with its bare frames, hot rod
souped up engine, and no fender look was the car that berthed
America's fascination with these types of cars.
This T-Bucket we have here at Adventure Classics has all those
qualities with a ton of power, is incredibly clean inside, outside,
and underneath, and is always an attention getter and so much fun
to drive.
Engine & Drivetrain
A Chevy 350 cubic inch V8 engine powers this beauty and is built
with performance in mind. The block, heads, and intake are all
painted stealth black with a performance Holley carb giving it the
gas. It has polished aluminum valve covers and an open element air
cleaner with a chrome lid, black painted headers, and a larger
radiator while an electric fan keeps it nice and cool.
This powerplant is backed by an automatic transmission that puts
power to a Chevrolet 10-bolt rear end held firmly in place in the
stretched chassis with a linked suspension and coil-over shocks
too.
It runs big and little tires with the big's being Mickey Thompson
Sportsman tires on the rear and BFG raised white letter TA's on the
front with aftermarket polished mag wheels on all 4 corners.
Interior
The interior is simple and clean with the black bench seat with
seat belts, a beautifully painted green and fitted dash with
white-faced performance gauges, billet steering column, take-off
steering wheel for easier access, floor mounted automatic shifter,
black carpeting, and windshield and mirror.
Pop the rear trunk lid and you will see it has the battery there as
well as the large fuel-cell and gas line fittings.
Exterior
This T-Bucket has a ton of visual appeal from the shiny black paint
to the bright green stretched frame, the 5-spoke aluminum alloy
wheels with the big and little tires are what you hope to see on a
T-Bucket and this one does not disappoint.
They don't get much better than this! Chrome and black headlights
and taillights look phenomenal and this 23 just has all the right
nostalgic looks.
Conclusion
You will be hard pressed to find a nicer T-Bucket or one that moves
like this one we have here at Adventure Classics.
