1990 Land Rover Defender 110 200Tdi 5-Speed
This 1990 Land Rover Defender 110 is a right-hand-drive wagon that was built by Associated Automotive Distributors in South Africa and later was imported to the United States in mid-2021, prior to the current owner’s acquisition of the vehicle out of Texas. Refinished in white over black, the truck is powered by a 200Tdi 2.5-liter turbodiesel inline-four paired with a five-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Other equipment includes black 18? wheels, disc brakes, alpine windows, a brush guard, black wheel-arch flares, and a Pioneer stereo. The fuel pump was replaced under current ownership. Now showing 353k kilometers (~219k miles), this 110 is offered on dealer consignment in California with a clean Montana title in the name of an LLC.
The truck has been refinished in white, and features include black wheel-arch flares, a black brush guard, black checker-plate trim, side steps, alpine windows, aftermarket lights, and a rear tow ball. The selling dealer notes rust on the driver-side door.
Black-finished 18? wheels wear Land Rover center caps and are mounted with 285/65 Rolling Big Power Repulsor M/T RX tires. Each corner is equipped with disc brakes.
The right-hand-drive interior features bucket seats and a 60/40-split rear bench with black upholstery and cloth inserts. Gray carpeting covers the floors and the rear cargo area, which is not equipped with additional seating. A Pioneer stereo has been added to a custom panel in the center of the dashboard, where aftermarket switches are also housed. The seller notes that the radio is powered but the speakers are inoperative, and the front air vents are stuck in their positions.
A four-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of instrumentation that includes a 150-km/h speedometer, auxiliary gauges, and an array of warning indicators. An analog clock is located in the center of the dash. The six-digit odometer shows 353k kilometers (~219k miles), approximately 1,500 of which have been added under current ownership.
The 200Tdi 2.5-liter 12L turbodiesel inline-four received a replacement fuel pump under current ownership.
Power is delivered to all four wheels through a five-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. The selling dealer notes rust on the underbody, additional photos of which are presented in the gallery below.
A data tag located at the base of the driver seat indicates that this vehicle was built by Associated Automotive Distributors Ltd. in South Africa. The six-digit VIN on the tag and on the frame is 367996.
