Looking for that showroom condition Z06 well here it is. In 2003
Corvette turned 50 for most of those 50 years, the Corvette has
been America's only true sports car, that is, the only U.S.
production two-seater capable of real race-track performance. This
is the fifth-generation Corvette or C5 delivers a combination of
acceleration and handling matched only by high end exotics, that
more expensive. All 2003 Corvettes wear the 50th Anniversary logo
and come with even more standard equipment than before with a new
option called Magnetic Selective Ride Control to give the driver
more control and a better ride. The C5 Z06s are considered to be
some of the best cars to be put on the road plus a ton of bang for
the buck. The Z06 option gives you more compression, a higher-lift
cam, lighter valves, stronger valve springs, a higher-intake
manifold, lower-restriction air cleaner, and higher-capacity
titanium exhaust system allow this LS6 version of the 5.7-liter to
produce 405 horses and 25 lb-ft of torque over the base model's
350-horsepower LS1. All this while returning 28 mpg. The raspy
exhaust note is from the titanium exhaust system. The performance
oriented Z51 suspension provides excellent traction on most types
of road surfaces, With the Active Handling system helps keep this
beast on the street and not in the ditch. This car has always been
kept in a heated and cooled garage and never driven in bad weather.
