Fender Apron Tag You are looking at one of the most collectible
1967 Shelby GT500's in the world. This 1967 Shelby has been
documented and verified by the Shelby American Automobile Club as
being a factory GT500 4 speed, owned by actor Charlie Sheen from
1990-1999. This car is very special and is an extremely nice
addition to any collection in the world. Being a 1967 Shelby GT500
is already special, but being owned by the famous American actor
Charlie Sheen puts this car into a different category. The Jim
Morrison GT500 would be the pinnacle of celebrity owned GT500s, but
that car may not exist anymore. Charlie Sheen is one of America's
greatest actors which adds a lot of provenance to an already
desirable car. With all that being said let's talk about the
history of this 1967 GT500. The car was completed by Shelby
American on 3/31/1967 and shipped to Ziems Motors in Farmington,
New Mexico. It had a few owners in Utah, NC, and LA before being
purchased by Charlie Sheen in 1990. According to the original
Shelby invoice, the car came equipped with a 428 Police interceptor
V8 engine with dual Holley 600CFM BJ/BK Carburetors, a factory 4
speed transmission, power steering, power disc brakes, Shoulder
Harness, fold down rear seat, Radio-AM push button and Deluxe
Kelsey Hayes Magstar wheels. Now let's talk about the car as it
sits currently. Below is a thorough description of each area on the
car starting with the engine. Engine: 428 Police Interceptor (PI)
