Here is what must be the nicest or at least one of the nicest 2002 Dodge Ram, Cummins Diesel 4x4 trucks you will even find.
I personally think the 2002 Dodge Cummins truck was the best Dodge Ram ever made.
5.9 Cummins Diesel, aut trans, Dana front and rear differential with limited slip, PW, P-seat, P-mirrors, Tilt steering wheel, AC, Cruise control, 4x4, 4 wheel disc brakes, sliding back window, quad cab etc.
151.000 miles, unknown how many of the miles were added while it was towed behind a motorhome.
Bought new by an elderly couple in Arizona who sold it just a year ago to a person who flipped it right away. And my friend Ron bought it from him.
He was going to detail it and make it perfect and keep it forever but with his divorced daughter and 5 grandkids moving in Ron need money for a huge change in living conditions se he asked me to sell the truck for him.
The original owners spent a ton of cash after purchasing the Dodge to make it exactly what they wanted, Banks 5 inch exhaust, Banks exhaust brake, Banks intake, Edge controller, airbags in the back, trailer brake controller and a front mounted trailer hitch since they were pulling it behind their motorhome often.
Since they were elderly they also had an electric step installed on the right side for her to get in to the truck easier, it has since been removed.
I have to assume they were also towing a trailer with it since they added all the extra stuff to help with towing.
When my buddy bought the Dodge it had a parking lot ding by one tail light, the rear bumper had a dent and there were a few scratches in the paint here and there so he brought the truck to KC auto body in Glendale, Arizona who took it apart and repainted the truck, an excellent paint job in original silver metallic.
They color sanded the truck and polished it and the paint is much better today than the factory paint job was.
The truck has never been wrecked.
2 brand new batteries that cost $800 together were just installed, a $1000 pull out Mopar loading platform for the bed was recently installed so the bed would not get scratched if you load anything on it even though it also has a sprayed in Rhino liner, ( Yes, Ron is a little OCD). camper shell with sliding windows and lots more.
Except for the repaint, new head lights, the aftermarket grille, no exterior emblems installed after the repaint and the Banks stuff installed the truck is totally original, check out the condition of the interior, it looks almost like new and it is 100% original.
The Ram truck is an Arizona truck since new and it has never had one speck of rust ever.
The Dodge runs like new, looks new and if taken care off will probably have 400.000-500.000 miles left on it.
