the scene of America's car-crazy culture in 1970 and the sports car
market was never quite the same. Fiat and Triumph owners were
stunned by its superior performance and the fact that it started
reliably and didn't burst into flames! To commemorate the 10th
anniversary of the 240's debut in America, Datsun released a
limited edition 280ZX for 1980. Only 3000 examples were produced,
with a mere 500 painted in red and black. This amazing 1980 280ZX
is a sterling example of these rare and collectable cruisers. Pop
the reverse tilt hood and you'll see the fuel injected 2.8L I6, a
mill noted for its smooth reliability. Additional features include
a fully independent suspension, power rack and pinion steering,
power 4-wheel disc brakes, power windows, air conditioning, 5-speed
manual transmission, correct tinted T-tops with storage bags and
shades, correct burgundy leather upholstery, cruise control,
electric mirrors, AM/FM/Cassette stereo, rear window defroster,
headlight washers, and 195/70R14 tires on correct alloy wheels.
This 18K mile time capsule runs and drives beautifully, and as the
images reveal, is in outstanding condition. I wonder how many of
