Vehicle Description
Exceptional upgraded classic Galaxie! I can't say enough how much
of a joy this Galaxie is to drive. As soon as you start the car it
becomes apparent that this is a very well sorted classic. Turn the
key and the 289 V8 fires up with a nice mellow but ear pleasing
grunt from exhaust, the perfect type of exhaust note when you want
something that has a nice muscle car sound with little to no drone.
Slide the automatic transmission into drive and this beauty
efffortlessly goes from gear to gear. The car tracks very nicely on
the road sitting on the new aftermarket wheels wrapped in BF
Goodrich tires and stops equally as well on the just upgraded power
brake system. The whole experience with this car is an absolute
pleasure. Aesthetically this car shows very well. It has an older
paint job that presents very well which is EXACTLY what you should
want when buying a classic. New paint jobs often times can hide
really heavy bondo or rust. This is a huge reason why I favor older
paint jobs. The interior looks just as great as the exterior, The
seats look nearly brand new, the carpet looks new, the headliner
was replaced and looks new, it has custom Galaxie floor mats that
look great. It has a newly installed a/c system that works really
nicely, even the radio works. In terms of being a now 60 year old
car this is exactly the kind of car a real car enthusiast that
likes to tinker with little things will love. Why? Because it is a
very well sorted car, but like anything that is older than 10 years
old, has little things here and there that you can tinker with to
make it look closer to new. That's what makes the car hobby fun.
Having something that drives great and looks great, but gives you
something to toy with and be proud of as you fix and upgrade little
pieces here and there. Trades and partial trades always considered.
If financing is needed call me and I can direct you on ways to get
a loan on a classic like this. One of my favorite things about
getting a loan on a classic is typically classics hold their value
or go up as time goes on so long as you maintain them, so as you
pay on it, you don't lose value like you would on a newer car. So
in my eyes its almost as if you are driving a savings account. For
some people that have an issue with saving, it's a great way to
build value in something as you enjoy it. I've got a great
reputation for a reason. Not because I sell perfect cars... nobody
does. It's because I try to be as transparent as possible and treat
people how I would want to be treated if I were a customer. Trust
in the person you are buying from is super important, especially if
you are buying from afar. Call now to make driving something that
puts a smile on your face a reality!! Mechanical info: 289 V8
