Built by New England Muscle Cars out of Lakeville, MA, this 1983
Chevrolet C10 short bed received a professional frame-off
restoration with modern upgrades added throughout. The complete
2-year build took place after the truck was in an accident. It is a
fresh build completed in December 2022. This C10 rides on a
modified chassis with Viking coilovers and Belltech drop spindles
up front and 2-inch Belltech drop shocks and lowering springs out
back. Power comes from a Gen VI Big Block 454ci roller cam engine
making a dyno-tested 450hp and 551 ft/lbs. of torque. The engine is
equipped with a Holley Sniper EFI system, and Holley Front Runner
System that is mated to a rebuilt TH400 3-speed automatic
transmission. This C10 has a Borgeson quick ratio power steering
gear and stopping power supplied by all-new Wilwood disc brakes and
power-assisted master cylinder. Riding on 20-inch Coys wheels
wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport tires, it has all new exterior
chrome and trim and is professionally finished in Ferrari Blue Tour
DeFrance and bright white custom two-tone paint. The interior is
painted a custom chocolate matte finish with plaid seat and saddle
accents, cooled by Vintage Air Systems and has a RetroSound stereo
and Classic Instruments digital dash. It also has a full stainless
steel dual exhaust system, a Holley in-tank fuel pump and comes
complete with the dyno sheet. This vehicle passed a Vehicle
Inspection Safety Test on 01/05/2023 in the state of Massachusetts.
