This custom 1972 Chevrolet Cheyenne pickup is the recipient of a
complete frame-off restoration. It is powered by a new 6.0-liter LS
engine mated to a rebuilt 4L60 automatic transmission. The bottom
of the truck has been sandblasted and painted for a brand-new look
and the frame is powder-coated. Both front and rear differentials
were rebuilt. Stopping is provided by power hydraulic disc front
and rear drum brakes. It is equipped with a polished CVF serpentine
pulley system, a new radiator with two electric fans and a fuel
cell in the rear with the fuel pump in the tank. The fuel filler is
behind the left taillight. This truck rides on all-new suspension
parts and rolls on BFGoodrich tires. It also features power running
boards. The custom interior features a custom stereo, Classic
Instruments gauges, a Vintage Air system and a tilt steering
column. The body has been professionally done and professionally
painted with four coats of clear, sanded and buffed, then new
tinted glass was installed.
