This 1968 Dodge Super Bee has a WM VIN. A founding member of the
Scat Pack Performance Group, it is equipped with its bulge hood,
Bumble Bee stripe, and-high impact paint. It is powered by a
4-barrel, big-block high-performance 383ci engine with 10:1
compression producing a factory-rated 335hp and 425 ft/lbs of
torque mated to the 727 Torqueflite 3-speed transmission and an
8.75-inch 3:23 Sure-Grip rear end. This Super Bee has a correct
date-coded 1968 high-performance 383ci engine that would have come
with the car. The drivetrain was completely rebuilt at the time of
restoration and features heavy duty suspension used on Chrysler
Hemi cars, including a heavy duty sway bar, torsion bars, bushings,
stabilizer links, leaf springs and is assisted by power steering.
Stopping power is provided by power heavy-duty rear drum brakes
with upgraded front disc brakes and a dual reservoir master
cylinder. It rides on new 15x6 front and 15x7 rear Keystone wheels
with new tires to give this car a muscle car stance. The big-block
engine compartment is highly detailed and looks factory fresh. The
Fender Tag confirms this is correct in the color of B5 blue with a
white Bumble Bee stripe and a two-tone blue interior featuring a
rally dash and Super Bee floor mats.
