This custom Pro-Touring Resto-Mod is a multiple show-winning 1968
Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 convertible re-creation that underwent a
comprehensive restoration. It is finished in custom Candy Orange
Metallic with Champagne Shelby stripes, complemented by a full
custom interior. This car is powered by a 289ci V8 engine topped by
a 4-barrel carburetor as well as Shelby Cobra accessories,
including Shelby Performance air cleaner and valve covers, headers
and dual exhaust with chrome tips, and aluminum radiator with dual
fans, all mated to a T5 TREMEC 5-speed manual transmission with a
Hurst shifter. It is equipped with front disc brakes, a Vintage Air
system and a custom tan power top with tonneau cover. The full
custom interior includes bucket seats, custom door panels with
stainless-steel inserts, custom dash and trim with gauges and
center console gauges, new carpet, seat belts, custom Shelby-style
roll bar, Shelby-style custom console, vintage Cobra wood steering
wheel, complete Shelby GT350 emblems, custom upholstered trunk,
dual chrome billet mirrors and a custom retro Mustang stereo
system. It is also equipped with a period-correct Autolite battery
cover with turnoff, Shelby reproduction fender VIN, Shelby
big-block hood, Shelby grille with Rally lights, Shelby-style
taillights and rear decklid spoiler. Additionally, the dash has
been signed by Carroll Shelby. This car rides on new 18-inch custom
wheels wrapped with Z-rated wide-base tires. Includes Certificate
of Authentication for Shelby's signature, a full Marti Report
documenting the car, all trophies and a custom-made car cover.
