Vehicle Description
This 1996 Ford Bronco XLT is an excellent example of the last
production year of the Ford Bronco offered until the recent revival
of the brand in 2021. This Bronco was originally owned new for 10
years by the same family in California, then subsequently spent
another 16 years by the next owner on the West Coast; thereafter it
spent time in Texas, Colorado and Idaho. It has been meticulously
cared for its entire life. This Bronco features all-original
factory Moonlight Blue and Oxford White two-tone paint and a Royal
Blue cloth interior. The frame and sheet metal under the truck are
also original. It's incredible to see some of the underside parts
with the original factory stamping still visible, along with some
of the original stickers at the frame and fuel lines. The hardtop
has also never been taken off the vehicle. While the Bronco
features original paint, interior and sheet metal, there are some
significant upgrades done to the vehicle regarding the suspension,
steering and stereo. There have been $10,000 in upgrades to the
suspension and steering from Desolate Motorsports and Brave
Motorsports (receipts included), including a complete steering
upgrade with a Saginaw pump conversion, reman gear box, Borgeson
steering shaft and a HD tie-rod kit. The suspension was upgraded
with a 2-inch Desolate Motorsports front and rear suspension lift
with high-clearance radius arms, dual Bilstein 5100 shocks and
2-inch coils. It is accompanied by Deaver Suspension Products rear
leaf springs, WARN locking hubs, 15-inch American Racing wheels and
General Grabber A/T tires. The stereo has been upgraded with a
Pioneer head unit featuring Bluetooth capability, Alpine X Series
6.5-inch front speakers and a JL Audio 600 amplifier.
