The previous owner and his father owned this corvette for a long time. The corvette spent most of its life in New Mexico. They spent a lot of money on this corvette over the years. They installed dual exhaust, exhaust manifolds, brake calipers, brake pads, brake hoses, motor mount, transmission rebuilt, engine rebuilt, U joints, spark plugs spark plug wires, alternator, radiator, radiator hoses, idler arm, tie rod ends, control arm bushings, rear axle bearings, power steering pump, and much more over the years they owned this corvette.
This is a really sharp corvette with the bright blue paint and smoke leather interior. It is also a lot of fun to drive with all the upgrades by the last owners over the years.
1976 was the last year for the stingray emblems on the fenders of the corvette, the only year for the Vega steering wheel on tilt and tele steering columns, and the first year for metal floors. GM produced 46,558 corvettes in 1976, out of which only 3,268 were released in bright blue.
