This 1966 Amphicar Model 770 is all original and is now one of the most collectable little classics around. With only 3,878 of these unusual cars being produced from 1960 to 1968, there appears to be only about 350 remaining worldwide. The 770 model references to 7 mph speed on the water and 70 mph on land. Offered in only 4 colors, this one shines in Regatta Red with complimenting white interior. Power is supplied by a four cylinder Triumph Herald 1147 CC engine generating a whopping 43HP. Transmission is a standard 4 speed manual with the ability to shift from rear wheel drive to twin propeller for water use. In the same family for the past 51 years, she has been maintained only with parts from Gordon Imports Inc, the premier supplier for Amphicar enthusiasts.
