Vehicle Description
1978 Chevy K10 4x4 Cheyenne Survivor Lifetime southern Colorado
truck. Fantastic patina. 84k original miles. Clean CO title in my
name. Running and driving truck with no secrets. 350 4 speed- four
wheel drive works in high and low, locking hubs engage fine.
Starts, runs, steers, drives, stops good. All fluids serviced,
chassis serviced. New master cylinder, brakes properly bled.
E-brake works as well. New fuel pump. Brand new 31x10.5x15 ATs on
factory steel wheels. Stock hubcaps are on the truck now. Interior
completely original. Oil pressure gauge and fuel gauge not working.
Heat and defrost work, radio does not. Windshield rearview mirror
is absent. Headliner sags, a few wear spots in carpet, seat showing
wear. Shift boots and bezels absent. Horn pad missing. Dash pad is
mint no cracks. Fender damage on passenger side, driver side fender
has a less apparent dent. A few tiny rust spots- DS cab corner,
fender bottoms, a few pinholes in lead front edge of hood. Plenty
of stone chips and door dings- be realistic with your expectations
it is an original paint 45 year old truck. Bed and tailgate are in
good shape. All glass is in good condition. Wipers work, blade
inserts need replaced. Factory dual exhaust. PS muffler needs
replaced and the tailpipe is missing. Leaks power steering fluid.
Radiator overflow reservoir has a slow leak. Headlights and turn
signals work. I have had this truck on highway 165 with no issues-
haven't been on I25. I bought this truck inoperable. I've done what
I wanted to do with it. Difficult to find in this condition. Great
candidate to continue tinkering with while you drive or would be
absolutely stunning restored. Please Note The Following **Vehicle
