This 1967 Buick Skylark hardtop is an interesting treat. It has a
long, sleek, and vintage style that makes it a pretty fun V8 cruise
with a distantly premium vibe.
The 1960s seemed to be dominated by GM A-body cars. And while the
Chevelle got the sales glory, the Skylark is often the quietly
coveted one. Buicks are always known for tasteful brightwork, and
it goes particularly nicely on this design. The chrome front bumper
draws added attention to the pointed front end, the rear bumper
fits the body like an integral part of the design, and the
full-length rocker trim connects the two ends in a subtly elegant
way. It has a nice sporty look with the flying buttress on the
hardtop roof, Buick Rallye wheels, and hash marks on the front
fender. And that's balanced nicely with premium features like the
black vinyl roof and rear fender skirts. And the creamy yellow
paint brings the appeal together with a nice gloss that showcases

C-pillar turn on when you open the door, you'll immediately fall in

cruise feeling with front bucket seats, a center console

Under the hood is Buick's 300 cubic-inch V8. This is the correct
green motor for the car, and the block is even era-correct. So it
has the right history to go with its honest style. These were known
for being smooth, and they continue to run with dignified
confidence today. Combine this with a nice ride, wide BF Goodrich
T/As, and an ST-300 automatic transmission, and this makes for a
cruiser that still keeps you in touch with the road the old-school
way.
