Replica by Vintage Speedster. Vintage Speedster out of California
has become the industry standard for replica Speedsters, with their
reliability, affordability and fit and finish. We have seen these
rise over the past few years and with the inexpensive entry point,
the time may never be better to get one of these exciting rag
tops.
This stunning and extremely unique color Speedster is simply
fantastic. Not only does it have the iconic look from Porsche, but
the fit and finish along with the performance is not like most of
these Speedster replicas. Sourced from Vintage and JPS Motorsports,
the parts and body are done nicely. This car was a love affair for
the original owner and each aspect of the build was done to his
high expectations. Vehicle carries quality throughout and has been
enjoyed for over 10yrs by the sole owner and an additional few
years by the selling owner.
Logging under 10,000 miles since the build, and showing very little
wear from these miles, the vehicle is finished in the stunning
Mango Green VW exterior color with the cocoa leather sport seats.
This vehicle also features; a rear chrome luggage rack, seatbelts,
full top with side curtains, half-moon hubcaps, Nardi wood steering
wheel, and custom made shift knob, custom exhaust and Petronix
ignition. This example has been tuned and stroked to achieve over
135HP according to the previous owner. The chrome work inside the
engine bay along with the dual carb setup really make this car sing
through the gears and with the short shifter kit, the car is a joy
to drive and push to its limits.
This example is accompanied by lots of manuals, original build
diagrams from Vintage, diagrams for wiring, and a list of the
engine modifications and spec sheet. These vehicles continue to see
an uptick in the market and the Vintage brand is well known to be
