There will be an open house between the hours of 2:00PM to 4:00PM on January 10, 2023 and 9:00AM to 10:00AM on January 11, 2023 with the sale following.
The terms of payment will be: Full payment due upon acceptance of highest bid. Property removed on January 11, 2023. Property must be removed by 4:00PM on date of sale. Form of payment: All payments must be by certified, cashier’s, or treasurer’s check drawn on any bank or trust company incorporated under the laws of the United States or under the laws of any State, Territory, or possession of the United States, or by a United States postal, bank, or express money order. Make check or money order payable to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
The Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to withdraw the property from the sale.
