Warranty 1990 marked the 11th year that the Ford Bronco was the
leading full-size utility truck in America. Proven the performers
the 4th generation of the was considered their most aerodynamic
version yet with more rounded corners and high impact front
headlight lenses. Of course, the independent front suspension made
these the stellar choice for the buyer looking for a rugged vehicle
that may see some off-road time. The example featured here is
nicely factory equipped with 50,000 miles showing and nicely
accessorized as well with aftermarket additions and at a very
affordable price point. This Bronco presents as largely original
and unrestored. The white paint is well maintained and appears
original with some minor panel touch-ups and cosmetic repairs.
There are a few minor dings and dents but over all the body is
clean and very solid. This vehicle features a removable fiberglass
top that has been upgraded with a Warrior Products roof rack
carrier. Up front, there is an aftermarket chrome grille guard and
a set of chrome Nerf Bar steps/running boards that provide a little
boost into the cabin and some protection when off-road. Factory
trim is all present, and the chrome bumpers are original with a
couple of small dents but shine nicely. Inside the gray interior is
original, showing some wear and light sun fade of the carpet. The
seats are likewise showing some sun fade and water stains but are
free of any rips or tears. The door and side panels are intact with
some light wear, scratches, and mild color fade. A LIDO tailgate
guard has been installed to protect the tailgate from cargo or any
wear and tear loading and unloading cargo. The interior is nicely
accented from the factory with simulated wood grain on the dash and
a simulated leather-wrapped steering wheel that features finger
controls for the cruise control. The dash features full factory
instrumentation with a tachometer, temperature, oil pressure, and
voltmeter. Other options include air conditioning, an electric rear
window, a rear defroster, and a factory AM/FM radio with the Dolby
system cassette tape player. There is plenty of room in this Bronco
that could easily seat six adults with ample rear cargo space for
gear. Under the hood sits the optional 5.8 liters (351cid) V8
factory rated at 210hp and 328 ft. lbs. of torque. The power is
transferred to the AOD 4-speed automatic transmission to the
standard on-demand, the part-time four-wheel drive which is
floor-shifted with manual locking front hubs. The engine
compartment is clean and presents as well maintained with a new
alternator, starter, and battery. Underneath, the chassis and
floorboards are solid and free of any rust through and feature
power steering, and power front disc brakes with rear drums and
rear anti-lock brakes. The combination sits nicely on a set of
factory alloy wheels with Dunlop A/T Radial Rover tires. With the
big V8 this Bronco has amazing towing power and the unique
suspension provides highly capable off-road manners. With rugged
good looks and a reputation for reliability Broncos of this era
