This 1987 Ford F250 XLT Lariat is a very very nice, clean, and low
mileage truck that spent its life in Oregon. This is a very
original and stock truck that has the original books and manuals
and original window sticker. These trucks are going to continue to
appreciate as more and more people are selling their late model
trucks to get back into a vehicle that is really a truck for a
fraction of the cost. The body on this F250 is in excellent
original condition and everything appears to be original. The paint
also appears original and the colors are Light Canyon Red and
White. The paint is still in beautiful condition and all of the
chrome and moldings are nice. The inside of the truck bed is really
nice because it had a plastic liner in it most of its life. The
underside is also extremely clean as you can see in the underside
photos on our website. We found no rust issues with this truck.
The interior is also in excellent shape and is all original. The
dash, door panels, instrument cluster, and headliner are all in
amazing condition. The headlights, tail lights, brake lights, and
turn signals are all working. The horn, windshield wipers, heat,
and cruise all work. This truck has AC but it is not blowing cold.
It is just an awesome original interior.
Mechanically this truck is top notch and it is all stock. It is a
great running and driving truck. The engine is the original 7.5L
460 V8 that runs strong. The transmission is the C6 Automatic that
shifts nice and it is mated to the Borg Warner manual transfer
case. The 4WD works like it should. It has the Ford 10.25 rear axle
with 3.55 gears. The front axle is the Dana 44 IFS with 3.55 gears.
It is all sitting on a nice set of Ford factory Wheels with
Goodyear Wrangler tires size 265/75/16. This truck would make a
great daily driver if someone chooses.
