Vehicle Description
Classic Car Addict is proud to present this 1978 BMW 320i for sale
in our Mesa, AZ showroom. The first generation of the 3-Series was
introduced in 1975 and came after the successful BMW 02 Series, a
car that wrote history in the German car company. And the first
3-Series was the most successful BMW series. The interior is a
hospitable place with a beautiful style. The door panels are simply
styled in high-quality vinyl. The seats were upholstered, but those
supportive seats serve up a comfortable rapport with the wheel and
pedals. The dash and well-executed control layout put everything
within reach. The four-spoke steering wheel frames a 120-mph
speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The original trunk
mounted tool kit is still present as well. It also features a
manual sunroof that is in working order. All windows are tinted and
in excellent shape. The first generation of the 3-Series featured
the so-called "shark-nose" with a rearward angled front grille. The
Chamonix paint is in excellent condition with a few little "rock
chips" from the Arizona highways. The exterior equipment includes
bright trim, black bumpers and side moldings, and pop-out rear
windows. Power comes from a fuel injected 2.0L BMW M10 inline-four
mated to a four-speed manual transmission. This BMW has been
converted from the fuel injection to carbureted (does have the
original parts) and an electric fuel pump was added. Recent oil,
filter, and fluid changes were done to the vehicle before the
consignment. When you are looking for a classic that has style,
this BMW will check all the right boxes. Call Classic Car Addict
today at 480-256-1459. This BMW will be sold on a clean Arizona
title. Also be sure to visit our website at
