Vehicle Description
1996 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe
Don't purchase a '96 Corvette and squirrel it away in a warehouse
hoping it will make you wealthy. If you want to collect something
that really might make a fortune someday, try Pokemon Cards,
Cabbage Patch Dolls, hood ornaments, or a limited run of Kincaid
painted dinner plates. This car was made to be driven. It would be
a shame to own it and have it any other way.
A black Corvette coupe with an LT4 330hp engine. Nice interior, and
plenty of power ready for you to let the good times roll. Our
consignor states the car has been well maintained, garage kept, and
driven on short trips regularly.
Exterior
Clean and mean black envelopes this Corvette. Matching polyurethane
crash bumpers are on front and rear. Hidden headlights and a
sculpted hood create a seamless aero look. The rear of the car
sports the iconic sunken in round taillights, which is topped by a
greenhouse glass rear pop up storage area. A black painted roof
panel is seen however is easily removable. Tinted glass is also
seen all around. Shiny turbine style wheels are seen on all 4
corners in 17-inch format with 255/45's up front and wide wide
285/40ZR17's in the back.
Interior
Black leather dances with itself creating a nice high back with
molded in headrest buckets. Just a hint of some tuck and roll for
the upper inserts, and the seats are nicely aged smooth leather
showing some creasing but no cracking. The door panels have black
central panels and are sleekly designed to have all the working
seamlessly inserted into them. On the dash a cascade of gauges and
a left mounted tachometer create a semi circle which has a
centrally located orange LCD readout for the speedometer, fuel
level, and mileage. Digital readouts are also seen within a
centrally mounted larger screen with plenty of info and warning
lights for your monitoring. An AM/FM/Dolby cassette player is also
flush mounted and sports multiple present push buttons. The central
console in black houses the shift lever and seat controls along
with large storage glove box is between the seats, and this backs
up to a big storage area under the greenhouse glass in the rear of
the car which is fully carpeted in black carpet that remains very
clean, as does the carpeting beneath the seats.
Drivetrain
350ci of V8 power making 330 horses via Multiport fuel injection
for the LT4 small block engine. What make theLT4 unique fromarun of
the mill LT1 is a different camshaft, 1.6 ratio rocker arms, and

6-speed manual ZF transmission and can easily break their tires
loose in the first two gears. A 3.45 Positration rear axle is
installed from the factory.

driveshafts. Power disc braking is in all 4 corners.
Drive-Ability
This Corvette started easily, and effortlessly went through its
paces on the test track. Good acceleration, nice rail like
cornering, and a smooth cruising at speed. All functions were
working just fab, and the seat controls enable any driver to get it
just right baby bear.
An all preserved example with an LT4 edition in black on black Runs
great and right now these Vettes are a great deal! Imagine yourself
in a classic Corvette, snaking along a winding road, listening to
the growl of the engine, and running through the gears as you tell
yourself life is truly good! Thanks Duntov.
