transmission with a posi-traction rear end. The matching-numbers
engine has the serial number 2103924 stamped on it, which matches
the VIN tag. The engine ID number FI207RE is also stamped on it,
which is for a 327/340hp manual transmission car. The engine block
has a correct casting number of 3782870, and the aluminum intake
manifold has a correct casting number of 3795397. The carburetor is
a correct Carter AFB with an ID tag of 3269S. Its transmission has
a body casting number of 3813490 and a tail casting number of
3782212. The transmission's serial number is L234912 with an ID
stamp of WG1123 that shows that the transmission is period correct.
All the interior gauges are new or have been reconditioned,
including the 7,000-rpm tachometer. All the glass is new, and it
has a new Kee's Stayfast black convertible top. The car rides on
15-inch steel wheels with correct hubcaps and new radial tires.
