Coopers were built for fun, and this one maximizes it. It's a
limited edition 2010 Mini Cooper Camden (you know the special
anniversary car that talked to you!) Plus, there are upgrades for
both performance and style that make this collectible even more
exciting to drive.
This is a special edition car, but the paint theme basically makes
it a one-of-one. It started life with White Silver Metallic paint,
which remains an attractive base for this custom style. But the
black roof was added, and that really ties in the Cooper's fender
flares and tinted windows nicely. They even added an awesome set of
17-inch NS wheels to add to this dark side. But what might really
have your attention is the hood. It's uniquely done in British
Racing green, and that seems appropriate because this is a
lightweight fiberglass upgrade that has vents and a functional hood
scoop. While this is distinct, it also fits with the full theme
because there's a racing stripe that coordinates with the factory
paint. The Camden celebrates 50 years of the Mini, and this is
certainly being patriotic to the British icon with monotone Union
Jacks on the roof and A-pillar. It's even flying the flag on the
upgraded tail lights! As you look around this whole car, the
details like the front tow hook and upgraded exhaust tip hint that
this car likes to up the fun factor over the already nimble factory
Mini. So as you look at the full package inside and out, you'll see
a coupe that has a driver-quality style because it's a driver-ready
special edition.
Plenty more Union Jacks, specific Camden upholstery, and even a
Mini 50 door sill plate make sure this one absolutely is distinct.
And this even has a special setup where you can choose the voice of
the Mission Control system that occasionally tells its special
thoughts for the drive. It's certainly a unique feature that makes
this MINI a rival for KITT. But more than just a special edition,
you get the feeling like this is a special driver's car. After all,
the rear seat was removed for lighter weight and a bracer bar was
added for enhanced strength. You slip behind a grippy three-spoke
wheel, and the tilt/telescopic function gives you a clear view of
the large tach directly in front. In the center is the large
speedometer reminiscent of the original Austin Mini. Below that,
your AM/FM/CD/iPod stereo, Bluetooth, air conditioning, cup
holders, power windows, power locks, and other modern luxuries are
on cool toggle switches. Plus, there are dual sunroofs! You even
get the safety convenience of front airbags, side airbags, and
anti-lock brakes. So it's a custom car with a lot of driver
appeal.
The 1.6-liter motor is a great powerplant to have. It's a lively
unit that has fuel injection and dual-overhead camshafts. Plus,
while this is an actual miles car, the motor was replaced only
about 3k miles ago. There are even nice upgrades like a hood scoop
air intake, a shock tower bracer bar, Stage 3 chip, custom exhaust,
front grille, pedal commander, custom halo headlights, fogs,
blacked out sequential side markers, and cold air intake. Also,
what makes these Minis so much fun is the suspension. Mini's BMW
parents made sure it was given a fully independent setup that lived
up to the sporting heritage that made original Mini Cooper giant
killers on the racetrack and rally circuit. That's the key to a car
like this. It's a secret sports car that's ready to charge forward
at a moment's notice. That's why you have desirable pieces like the
six-speed manual transmission and four-wheel disc brakes. But
features like power steering and cruise control also make it easy
to live with every day.
The sale comes complete with build receipts and maintenance
records. This is the cool custom car that's all about furthering
the heritage of a fun Mini. Call today!!!
