This 1968 Dodge Charger SRT/8 HEMI Pro-Touring custom Resto-Mod has
undergone a full rotisserie restoration. Power comes from a modern
fuel-injected 6.1-liter SRT/8 HEMI V8 crate engine complemented by
a custom high performance 5-speed Richmond manual transmission with
a Hurst shifter. Additional equipment includes 4-wheel disc brakes,
QA1 tubular front suspension, rack & pinion power steering, 4-link
rear suspension, rear coilovers and a custom black ceramic-coated
exhaust. The underside has been painted to match the body color.
The Charger exterior was professionally finished in custom Sunset
Orange Pearl with custom Paladium Dark Silver Metallic contrast. It
sits on custom 20-inch wheels wrapped with new Z-rated performance
tires. The body has modifications that include shaved front and
rear bumpers contoured to the body for a smooth finish front to
back, LED taillights, tinted windows and a custom hand-fabricated
front spoiler. Additional features include a full custom leather
interior, custom door panels and door handles, and full custom
center console from front to back with LED drink holders.
Additional highlights include push start, a full digital gauge
package, custom dash and steering wheel, and a custom center
console with USB double-DIN 7-inch heads-up display stereo system
with Bluetooth, GPS and custom speakers. Just over 1,800 test miles
on this Charger since its completion.
