Vehicle Description
This custom 1975 GMC Jimmy High Sierra 4x4 SUV has undergone a
no-expense-spared 10-month restoration. It is powered by a FiTech
fuel-injected rebuilt small-block Chevrolet 350ci engine backed by
a 3-speed turbo automatic transmission. The engine has been
ceramic-coated, and the frame and drivetrain has been restored.
This vehicle includes all-new brakes, locking hubs, and tie rods
and ends. It has a 4-inch Rough Country suspension lift riding on
custom 17-inch steel wheels with restored factory hubcaps wrapped
with new 35/12.5R17 Maxxis Razr M/T tires. The chassis is finished
off with a new dual exhaust tied with MagnaFlow mufflers finished
with polished stainless-steel tips. The body has been painted in
PPG base coat/clear coat orange and white with OE-style moldings
and trim, new bumpers and an NOS grille with factory Jimmy emblems.
Nearly every part on this truck has been restored or replaced with
new parts. The fully removable hardtop has been refinished with a
color-matched Raptor liner, inside and out. The interior is trimmed
with all-new carpet, door panels and custom-made interior rear
quarter-panels. The original seat frames have been media-blasted,
refinished and upholstered with factory Highlander Orange plaid
material and trimmed with OEM white vinyl. The OE-style factory
center console matches the new black dash. The interior is fitted
with a factory roll bar and has original seat belts throughout. The
stereo is powered by and OE-style RetroSound Bluetooth radio.
