 Acapulco Blue1971 R Code Boss 351 70,245 original miles. Only 1,806 made. When it comes to nice, real nice, you can't beat this over most any other restored Boss 351 Mustang. The factory rarely, if every sent one out the door this nice. It is a full rotisserie restoration with no detail untouched. Body panels fit and finish is perfect. The 330 horsepower NOM Cobra Jet 351 with a Top Loader 4 speed transmission channeled through a 4:11 locking rear end operate flawlessly. All the lights and gauges are as nice as new and work great. The interior is, once again, flawless. The power steering and power front disc brakes (added new Wilwood disc brakes same size as stock, I have the original disc brakes rotors, calipers etc. The factory AM 8 track radio works great also. The Bright Blue Metallic paint is as nice as you will find anywhere, and the engine detail is immaculate. Look at the undercarriage and it is spotless. New Torque Thrust D wheels. I have the as new NOS Chrome Magnum 500 Wheels. New Firestone Wide Oval 60 Series Radial Tires and this Mustang goes down the road better than a new 71 Boss 351 did; The Big Body Mustang has not seen any inclement weather or water since it was rebuilt. Along with the high quality of restoration comes Ford documentation. New in the box original front spoiler from Ford and new reproduction front spoiler from CJ Pony Parts. New in the box NOS 3 spoke rim blow steering wheel. lock rings and Boss 351 high tensile strength rods bolts

TRW Boss 351 replacement mechanical camshaft, TRW TP-148. Cam specs same as the original published specs for the Boss 351C.

Lifters, Crane solid mechanical.

Intake manifold is NOT an aluminum original, and is the 1971 CJ 4bbl intake, (but is painted aluminum in color.) Casting is identical to the Boss 351, but is

cast iron.

Carburetor is 72' Motorcraft 4300D DZZF-9510-AA

Modine Boss 351 replacement radiator

Fan and spacer are Boss 351 part numbered pieces, as are the water pump, crankshaft and power steering pulleys.

Exhaust manifolds are Boss 351 orig. with correct 2-1/4" outlet openings

Ram Air assembly is the original unit including the N.O.S rubber seal, filter lid is reproduction by SEMO

Ford exhaust stove pipe and tube to snorkel all Ford.

Ford 351 distributer, single vacuum advance, with Petronix point-less electronic ignition. 

Boss 351 oil pan, with baffle and crank shaft windage plate.

Valve Covers are Ford Motorsports Aluminum Boss 351 type, with internal drippers added, just as the Boss 351 originals.

Saginaw Steering Gearbox is resealed and has the correct I.D. tag.

Resealed power steering pump with factory oil cooler, specified for the Boss 351

Hoses are the original type with long style with foam cover.

Power Brake Unit is rebuilt

Brake Master cylinder is a rebuilt unit.
