The power comes from Chrysler's 440 cubic inch V8 engine which
appears to be all original with all the factory parts that it came
with and sits in an all-original looking engine compartment with
exhaust flowing out the rear exhaust.
It has Power Steering, Power Brakes, Front Disc Brakes, Cruise
Control, Heat, Air Conditioning, factory black air cleaner system,
blue painted engine and valve covers, and all other stock
parts.
The 440 is paired to a TorqueFlite 3-speed automatic with highway
performance and milage that is good as it rides down the road on
white sidewall tires and Chrysler factory hubcaps.
It also has a stock appearing detailed trunk with factory mat and
full size spare tire and jack.
Interior
The multi-colored seat surfaces on the interior are in blue on the
front split bench seat with fold down console, matching dash, door
panels, rear bench seat, headliner, and blue carpet appears just
like it did from the factory like everything else on our
Newport.
The New Yorker offered standard equipment like A/C, power seats,
power windows, power locks, cruise control, tilt steering column,
stereo system, with the entire passenger seating areas offering
spacious accommodations.
Exterior
Our New Yorker has a great blue paint scheme showing off the big
car styling with features like the opera windows, fender skirts,
chrome grille and front and rear bumpers, giant doors that fit
well, along with the blue vinyl top.
It also has great chrome trim, badging, glass, and lower body
trim.
