1951 Chevrolet 3100 1/2 ton short bed pickup. NPD used a picture of another 3100 for the cover of their 2022 edition parts catalog. 5-windows with exterior front windshield visor. 3-speed manual transmission on the column ( 3 on the tree ). Engine upgraded from a 216.5 cubic inch to a 235 cubic inch inline 6 cylinder. Otherwise a very original truck. Mileage reads 33,309 but can not be verified. Truck starts by withdrawing the choke and depressing the floor pedal located to the right of the excelerator. 4-wheel drum brakes. Both front brake cylinders and shoes were replaced. Back brake cylinders and shoes were inspected but do not need replacing. Front chrome grill is like new as are the front and rear bumpers. Truck re-painted approximately in 2015. Gas tank and sending unit recently replaced. All new tires and wheels. Size 235/70 R15. 8-board white oak tail gate bed can be refinished.
