Vehicle Description
This custom 1967 Chevrolet Corvette has a Corvette-style body by
Downs Industries and sits on an Art Morrison chassis. The vehicle
is powered by a 6.0-liter LS2 engine with Sinister stainless-steel
braided hoses, a Be Cool radiator with an electric fan,
custom-coated headers with a side exhaust and custom catalytic
converters. The build includes new Corvette C4 front suspension,
Ford 9-inch rear end with 3.83 gears and polished stainless-steel
triangulated 4-bar suspension. Stopping power is provided by
Wilwood brakes with black anodized calipers and drilled and slotted
rotors. Additional accessories include a Vintage Air system, power
rack & pinion steering, power brakes, power windows and a custom
tilt and telescopic steering column with a Billet Specialties
carbon-fiber steering wheel. Amenities include a one-off custom
leather interior equipped with a Dakota Digital keyless entry
system and a Kenwood DVD, CD, MP3, and navigation-ready deck with
four 6-inch speakers and 10-inch subwoofers. This
Pro-Touring-inspired custom coupe rides on a set of Boze custom
forged wheels with center caps painted to match the exterior color
of DuPont Hot Hues Metal Gray flake paint with four coats of clear.
This build took over 2.5 years; the car is equipped with four
