Vehicle Description
This custom 1967 Ford Bronco went through a well-documented
restoration and is powered by a new 351ci Windsor V8 engine
featuring a 9.5:1 compression ratio, built by the Engine Factory.
Power is delivered to the rear or all four wheels through a 5-speed
NV3550 manual transmission equipped with a B&M Precision Sport
shifter and a Dana 20 dual-range transfer case. The truck is fitted
with a custom-fabricated driveshaft, a Dana 44 front end housing a
locking differential, and a Currie 9-inch rear end with 4.11 gears
and 35-spline axles that were powder-coated during the
refurbishment. It is equipment with an Edelbrock carburetor,
aluminum intake manifold, aluminum cylinder heads, a hydraulic
camshaft, COMP Cams roller rockers, aluminum water pump, Ron Davis
aluminum radiator, twin fuel tanks with selector, stainless-steel
fuel lines and a stainless-steel Flowmaster exhaust system with
ceramic-coated headers. Stopping power is provided by vented
4-wheel disc brakes equipped with a Wilwood brake booster and
stainless-steel brake lines, while the power-assisted steering
system is equipped with a Delphi gearbox, a powder-coated steering
fluid reservoir, a steering fluid cooling condenser and
stainless-steel linkage. The suspension was upgraded with new
Rancho shocks and spring coils, along with new 18-inch Fuel Hostage
black wheels on 33-inch Toyo M/T Open Country tires, including a
matching full-size spare. The body was fitted with a
custom-fabricated steel hood and smoothed bodywork prior to being
repainted in red with black accents. The windshield was replaced
and fitted with a low-mount wiper motor, and the frame, grille,
bumpers and swing-out spare tire carrier were powder-coated.
Additional exterior features include a roll cage, WARN 10,000-pound
winch, a ProtoFab rear bumper, IPF headlights, chrome side mirrors
and brushed aluminum trim atop the quarter-panels. The cabin has
been fitted with Dynamat insulation, black carpeting, and
custom-fabricated door panels and kick panels. Beard front bucket
seats are joined by a matching rear bench all upholstered in custom
black leather with red double-diamond stitching and equipped with
Mastercraft lap harnesses. The Lecarra steering wheel is affixed to
a Flaming River polished aluminum tilting column and dash that
includes a Nordskog GPS 120-mph speedometer, a 6k-rpm tachometer
and auxiliary gauges. Additional equipment includes a Tuffy glove
box, billet hardware and an Alpine Bluetooth head unit with iPod
connectivity connected to JBL speakers in custom jerrycan speaker
