Vehicle Description
In 1973 Ferrari unveiled the Dino 308 GT4 at the Paris Motor Show.
The GT4 was distinctly different than its curvaceous predecessor
thanks to The Bertone design firm, famously known for iconic cars
like the Countach and Miura.
The GT4 was Ferrari's first production V8 and it is said that F1
driver Nikki Lauda helped tune the chassis. This was Ferrari's
first mid engine 4 seater and it was said that Elvis once owned
one. The 308 reference in the name refers to engine, a 3.0L
8cylinder engine pushing out 255hp, and was one of the first cars
to introduce a spare tire, which many car companies adopted soon
after. In Ferrari's early days it was one of the only cars that
could be imported to the US. The car was also named after Enzo's
first son Alfredo. Needless to say, the Ferrari GT4 is every
collectors dream. Our example has been fully serviced by the well
known team at IFS motorsports. The car is finished in red over it's
original black leather interior.
