In 2006 the Porsche performance flagship was the 911 Carrera. It came in many flavors, all of them fast. The Porsche 911 series handles with brilliance - all four wheels are always planted firmly on the pavement. Sanely, there is no practical way to approach the 911's grip-limits on the street. That said, it is still a comfortable ride. The styling of this 2006 AWD 911 Carrera 4S needs no explanation. It is directly related to 911s of the '60s, but surprisingly modern and beefier than those early models.
