Vehicle Description
This custom 1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS/RS convertible Pro-Touring
Resto-Mod underwent a complete nut-and-bolt, on- of-a-kind
restoration at Iron Garage, mixing the iconic American muscle car
with modern muscle-car performance. Under the hood sits a
fuel-injected supercharged 6.2-liter LSA V8 engine with a custom
ground camshaft, a dual exhaust and an upgraded valve train paired
to a TREMEC TK0 600 5-speed manual transmission and a GM 12-bolt
rear end. It is finished in a custom Tuxedo with subtle silver
metallic SS LSA stripes down each side. This Camaro rides on custom
18-inch American Racing Torq Thrust wheels with a new suspension.
The full custom leather interior features a center speed shifter,
AutoMeter gauges and an aftermarket Kenwood head unit. Other
notable features include big 4-wheel Wilwood disc brakes, RideTech
Street GRIP suspension and a Vintage Air system. It is equipped
with hideaway headlights, a new top, new boot and new chrome.
