This custom 1966 Ford Shelby GT350 fastback is powered by a Borla
8-stack fuel-injected, high-performance Holman Moody 347ci
small-block V8 engine with a solid NHRA-style racing engine brace.
The V8 is paired with a Keisler TREMEC 5-speed transmission
designed to handle over 600hp. For safety, the car has been fitted
with a complete Halon fire suppression system covering the engine
bay, undercarriage and fuel cell. Additionally, the passenger area
also has an internal handheld chrome extinguisher. The full
powder-coated tube chassis is built to NC racing team standards and
specifications. The vehicle has a tubbed and narrowed race-prepared
Ford 9-inch rear end, 4-corner adjustable and balanced QA1
independent coilover suspension with 4-link and rack & pinion
system. It is also equipped with 4-wheel Wilwood slotted and
drilled disc brakes with Shelby GT350R brake cooling ducts. The
exhaust begins with a set of custom-made long-tube headers
connected to a high-temperature ceramic-coated performance exhaust.
The interior has a full Dynamat interior covered in black and gray,
featuring Pro-Comp gauges and Simpson racing harnesses. The
exterior paint is Ford GT Centennial White with GT350 side stripes
and 2020 GT350R red badging on the front and rear.
