For Sale at Auction: 1972 Chevrolet Blazer in Scottsdale, Arizona

Vehicle Description

This 1972 Chevrolet K5 Blazer CST received a no-detail-spared professional nut-and-bolt, frame-off restoration. This is a factory CST Blazer in the not-often-seen color of light yellow with a restored white double-walled hardtop. It has a brand-new Rough Country 4-inch lift, including springs, shocks and steering drop. It also features power steering, a Dana 44 power disc brake front end with Selectro locking hubs and a drum brake rear end. This CST is powered by a factory-original rebuilt 350ci engine with 4-bolt main caps and equipped with an original 4-barrel Quadrajet carburetor. The engine also features a new 2.25-inch mandrel-bent exhaust system from manifolds to rear, a fuel system, tank, pump, rubber lines, rebuilt carburetor and original emissions system. Power is transferred to all four wheels through a Turbo Hydra-Matic 350 3-speed automatic transmission and a NP205 transfer case. The rebuilt braking system includes new a master cylinder, rubber hoses, calipers and wheel cylinders. The frame is powder-coated and the underside of the body was coated in Black Raptor. It rides on restored Chevrolet 15x8 steel Rally wheels with factory-original stainless-steel trim rings wrapped with BFGoodrich All-Terrain 33x10.50x15 tires. Features all-new brightwork, bumpers, emblems, lenses, trim and grille, along with all-new green tinted glass. It is equipped with factory air conditioning and upgraded with new R134 hoses and a POA valve. The interior has new upholstery, including new foam seats covered in black with white houndstooth insert seat covers, deluxe rear side panels, a wood-grain dash, deluxe CST door panels and restored original center console. It also has a factory-original GM tachometer dash. The original glove box has an option SPID decal that lists all factory options the truck was born with. The key options include a rear seat, 3.73 ratio rear axle, full wheel covers, an AM push-button radio, a removable white top, light yellow paint, Four Seasons air conditioning, power steering, Cheyenne equipment and black bucket vinyl seats. This Blazer has a custom original-style 15-inch steering wheel, new deluxe tailgate wood-grain band, all-new CST wood-grain side trim and small Carr side steps to provide ease of entry and exit.
