This custom 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454 coupe underwent a
no-expense-spared complete frame-off rotisserie restoration in 2022
that saw every nut and bolt replaced over 2,000 labor hours. It is
powered by a fully rebuilt 454ci V8 engine mated to a 4L60E 4-speed
automatic overdrive transmission with a 12-bolt posi-traction rear
end and 3.42 gears. The body was stripped to bare metal and covered
in all BASF products. Finished in factory red (color code 75) with
white SS stripes, complementing all the professionally polished
trim and smoked glass. The powder-coated chassis is complemented by
the 17-inch aluminum wheels wrapped with Nitto tires that handle
the complete Hotchkis tubular suspension and lowering kit with Fox
shocks along with power 4-wheel Wilwood disc brakes. It is equipped
with a new polished Vintage Air front runner and powder-coated
accessories, stainless-steel gas tank, dual fans, aluminum
radiator, ceramic-coated headers and dual exhaust. The interior
features a Dakota Digital dash with brand-new stock-appearing red
bucket seat and console setup, Dynamat sound- and heat-damping
material, power windows, power windows and a Classic Autosound
retro Bluetooth-capable radio. Everything is brand-new or rebuilt.
