Vehicle Description
This nut-and-bolt restored 1958 Volkswagen microbus is powered by a
newly built 1776cc dual-port, dual-Solex-carbureted boxer engine.
This semaphore-turn-signal Swedish export bus was converted to a
dual-cargo-door walk-through 23-window Samba. It is finished in a
Sealing Wax Red and Chestnut Brown color combination with the
correct two-tone light brown over a cream vinyl trim interior. It
has a safari windshield with six pop-out side windows and is
equipped with front disc brakes. This bus rolls on wide whitewall
BFGoodrich bias-ply tires. A lot of NOS parts were used during the
restoration.
