This custom 1953 Ford F-100 pickup had the same owner for 34 years.
It was an orchard farm truck in Summerland, British Columbia. In
its restoration, it received many upgrades, such as a 289ci engine
hooked to a C4 automatic transmission with headers. It is equipped
with power steering, a Vintage Air system, and all the original
sheet metal was reused. Other highlights include new wood slats in
the bed of the truck, which has a tonneau cover. The original seat
frame was recovered, and the interior also received a new tilt
wheel and stereo. This vehicle rides on new wheels and tires, and
had BOOTS pinstriping added in 1995.
