Vehicle Description
The 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe was the last model year for the
short-wheelbase two-door full-size SUV. Of course, what really
caught your eye was how this loaded classic SUV has an extra-bold
appearance with the right well-placed sporty updates.
You know you love the way this one looks. After all, these
full-size two-door Tahoes have a very beefy style, but the upgrades
on this one really kicked it up a notch. The Pewter Metallic paint
has an imposing but sophisticated style, and this shows all the
right signs of being the factory application. It has the right look
you'd expect on a very well-respected SUV. So it's easy to drive
while also looking like the proper future classic it is (vintage
plates for this one are just right around the corner.) And the
additions to this one are tasteful. The gloss black fender flares
coordinate with the Tahoe's hint of a dark side in the grille, side
mirrors, tinted windows, and running boards. The Z71 is just a
decal, but with the roof rack and trailer hitch, this seems like it
should be singled out for being versatile. And we love the addition
of the later-style 16-inch alloys. They are proper Chevy wheels
that also give this one a unique distinction.
The interior also reflects this example's well-respected nature. It
has a clean and complete look everywhere from the smooth dash to
the comfy pattern of the velour seats. This premium LS trim comes
loaded with all the best features for a driver's classic. It starts
with the high-back bucket seats with folding armrests and a cup
holder center console. Yours even power adjusts to the ideal
driving position. You've got factory features like power windows,
power locks, cruise control, keyless entry/alarm, a tilt steering
column, and cold-blowing factory air conditioning. There are also
key upgrades you'll appreciate like thick rubber floor mats in
front to catch your muddy boots, and a fully upgraded stereo system
with a Bluetooth stereo and subwoofer speakers. It's all about
keeping this Tahoe a great cruiser. And the split fold-down
tailgate means a great seat place to sit at every destination.
Under the hood is a correct 5.7-liter V8. The Vortec motor is part
of the hardy small block generation that's now updated with proper
fuel injection. This one even inhales deeper with a Brute Force
cold air intake, and it exhales into a nice set of headers. The
odometer is believed to represent the full mileage, and this
generation has earned a hardy reputation as a long-haul king -
especially when you have a nice maintenance file we have here. And
while the V8 power will be fun to two the toys, the overall feeling
is great for anytime use. You have power steering, power brakes,
front discs, and a two-wheel drive four-speed automatic
transmission with highway-friendly overdrive.
The sale comes complete with the owner's manual and maintenance
records. This is a final-year full-size two-door Tahoe/Blazer. So
when something this significant is so well presented you know
you're looking at a special opportunity. Don't miss it, call
