Vehicle Description
1966 Mercury Park Lane 4 door Hardtop Fastback 410ci 4bbl. I bought
this vehicle a little over a year ago from a family that had owned
it since the early 1990s. They had put the car on blocks in their
garage and hoped to restore it someday. That day never came until I
bought the car and trailered it to Las Vegas. Here, I would replace
the fuel tank with a new tank, replace the starter, the alternator,
fuel lines, the carburetor, the battery, belts and some hoses and
turned the key to watch this beauty come back to life. All the
power features still working and I thought about restoring the AC
since we live here in the Las Vegas area. But, I have had way to
many more pressing projects take priority. This solid rust free
piece of Americana Automobile History, the Four Door Hardtop with
no Post between the front and rear doors is a true icon and very
few cars ever seen this kind of build. Restore it or enjoy it as it
is. She needs minor things to be a daily but can be. Please Note
